Shatta Wale arrested by Ghana Police over fake gunshot attack
African Dancehall King, Shatta Wale has been arrested by the Ghana Police over an alleged gunshot attack in Accra, Ghana.
His arrest comes after Ghana Police mounted a search for him after reports of him having been shot by someone emerged on the internet.

The dancehall artiste personally handed himself over to the Ghana Police almost 24 hours after he had been declared wanted by the Police.
Two suspects, Nana Dope and Gangee arrested
Earlier, two other suspects named Nana Dope, Shatta Wale’s Personal Assistant (PA), and Gangee, had been arrested by Ghana Police for circulating false information about the gunshot attack of Shatta Wale.
Nana Dope was arrested on Tuesday together with another man identified as Gangee.

After we publicly declared him and one other person wanted, the suspect, Shatta Wale, turned himself in today Tuesday 19th October, 2021, at 8.59pm.
He has been arrested to assist the Police in investigations for his alleged involvement in the creation and circulation of information intended to cause fear and panic.
