According to Nana Aba Anamoah, Serwaa Amihere was introduced to her by her cousin, Baisiwa Dowuona Hammond.

And when she (Nana Aba Anamoah) met Serwaa for the first time, she didn’t look like any serious person who was ready to be coached as a newscaster.

Nana Aba Anamoah continued that she persisted by making her do away with her artificial eyelashes, long nails, delete all useless apps on her phone and rather install apps like that of CNN, BBC, Myjoyonline, Starrfmonline, among others that would help her learn quickly.

Nana Aba Anamoah, without a doubt, has really transformed her ‘daughter’, Serwaa Amihere who was once a clueless slay queen into an award-winning newscaster.

Serwaa Amihere is the host of Cheers — a popular sports show which is aired on Saturday mornings on GHOne TV.

She began her media career as an entertainment & lifestyle panelist on the Glitterati show on GHOne TV before becoming the hot news anchor she is today.
