Movie producer and actress Kisa Gbekle was born with no silver spoon in her mouth at all.
She grew up the hard way in her hometown in Aflao in the Volta Region of Ghana before relocating to Accra sometime in 2012-2013.
The ‘Miser’ actress was born into a poor home where getting food to eat once in a day was a huge problem.
Her mum had to walk hours on end before she could get them (her family) something to eat.
At an early age, Kisa Gbekle had to help her family by selling second-hand clothes from one market to the other in the Volta Region of Ghana.
Kisa’s mum and dad broke up long ago, and she has 4 other siblings.

Long before Kisa Gbekle became the actress and movie producer she is today, she had been singing all her life from day one.
Sometime in 2013, she released a single track titled, ‘T.w.er.k’.

Sometime in June, 2019, both Kisa and the African dancehall King, Shatta Wale, were in the news for sharing each other’s photo on each other’s social media handles.
The speculation of love affair between the two was heightened by the fact that there had been a breakup between Shatta Wale and his baby mama, Shatta Michy.
However, in an interview with Graphic Showbiz, the actress denied the allegation and said she is only friends with Shatta Wale and nothing more.
Kisa told Graphic Showbiz:
”I do not have an answer to whether we are dating or have dated or anything like that but all I can say is that, we are friends, he is like a brother to me and that is it.”
