Haha! Court to sell ‘akpeteshie’ of ‘hot’ man to settle his debt, buyers wanted

This must certainly be some good news to all the lovers of the local dry gin, ‘Akpeteshie’. Can I hear a loud Amen from all the ‘believers’??? Amen!

The news? The Breman Asikuma District Magistrate Court located in the Central Region of Ghana, has issued out a final date for the auctioning and sale of drums of the local dry gin, ‘Akpeteshie’ which belong to one Kofi Badu in order to defray his debt.

According to a notice issued by the office of the Sherriff of the court, all the seized drums of ‘Akpeteshie’ will be sold by public auction.

The public auction notice as sighted by BieGyaNation.Com reads:

“Notice is hereby given that in pursuant of a Decree of the said court bearing the date July 22, 2019, in the above suit, property of the debtor having been seized in execution under the writ of Fifa will be sold by public auction unless the said decree is sooner satisfied.”

The notice continues that, “3 drums of akpeteshie drink, 2 tins of akpteshie drink and ½ tins of akpeteshie drink” will be auctioned on the Tuesday of July 30th, 2019 at 9:00am prompt.
